Eating healthy plays a major role to start our journey towards Health and Wellness.

But are you sure that you are eating enough foods, fruits and vegetables to supply the daily vitamins and minerals required by your body?

i.e: Research tells us, that in order to achieve the right amount of vitamin C needed by our body, we need to eat atleast 14 medium oranges (including its peels) in a day.. Same study also shows that we need to eat atleast 20 large eggs so that our body gets the right amount of protein and vitamin D. And on top of that, there are more vitamins and minerals required to nourish our body.
