Are you confident, charismatic, and passionate about beauty and wellness?
Cosmo Skin, one of the leading beauty and wellness brands in the Philippines, is looking for dynamic, sales-driven Beauty Advisors (Promodizers) to join our growing team!
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be stationed at Watsons outlets and be responsible for promoting and selling our best-selling skincare and supplement products under the Cosmo Skin brand.
💄 Job Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell Cosmo Skin products inside Watsons branches
Explain product benefits clearly and confidently to customers
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Ensure the product display is clean, attractive, and complete
Maintain professional and friendly communication with store managers and customers
Provide feedback on customer inquiries
✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Female, 18–35 years old
✔️ Pleasing personality with good grooming and hygiene
✔️ With strong selling skills and confidence in speaking to customers
✔️ Previous experience as a promodizer or in retail sales is an advantage
✔️ Must be energetic, approachable, and goal-oriented
✔️ Willing to be assigned at any of the above locations

✨ Can work independently but is a team player
✨ Is enthusiastic and believes in the power of skincare & supplements
