Did you know that most commercial household cleaning products contain harmful ingredients that may do more harm than good to our bodies?

This is why we have switched most of our household products to those that are organic and all natural. One of the many things we have switched to is our bathroom freshener. We used to buy Albatros in red or yellow but now we make our own freshener using essential oils and epsom salt.

Here is how we do it.

In a clean bowl mix Epsom salt and your favorite essential oils, total of 15 drops. If you have no Epsom salt, you can use your table salt or baking soda.

Once the salt and oils are mixed thoroughly, put it in a container or mason jar. I like to put beads at the bottom first as it gives space and adds color and art. You can even add color to your salt mixture if you have food coloring. How you make it look aesthetically pleasing will depend on your creativity. So unleash your creative juices here.

Okay, so after you have the salt mixture into the container, it is time to close and seal it. I used a mesh fabric here so that the aroma of the oils can seep out freely. If you don't have a mesh fabric, you can use a tissue paper just poke holes into it so that the aroma will be released.

That's it! Very simple and easy to do. You can decorate the outside of the container if you want. I like mine to be simple. Place it in your bathroom and enjoy the clean and fresh scent of the oils.

You don't have to worry about the scent since the essential oils used are pure therapeutic grade which means you also get its therapeutic benefit while making your bathroom smell nice. Enjoy! Let me know if you are making this too. ☺

I think okay lang magpa-change OIL, as long as it’s Young Living Essential oils. Eto lang yung change OIL na hindi pinagbabawalan. 😂
