Last Thu, I felt flu symptoms kay naulanan ko anang Wed evening on my way home from somewhere. I was scared a little kay ang flu, symptoms pud ni virus baya. So I did my ritual in the morning, coffee and breakfast then after a while nag cellsentials ko. After lunch, duha ka PolyC ako gtake. Then sa evening, one pair of cellsentials again after dinner.
I added hot tea in between ug sleep.
When I woke up Friday morning, wala'y trace jud nga nagluya ko anang Thursday. Like it was a great wokeuplikethis positive feeling ko.
