For almost 4 yrs na wala ako menstruation na ang buong akala ko nag premenopausal na ako, na loss hope na ako na wala na talaga but as of March 3, 2021, bigla ako nagkamenstruation at yung rayuma at uric ko ay nawala din dati-dati na di pa ako nagte-take ng barley lagi pa ako nagpapamassage pagkagaling office but as of now mga panghaplas ko isinantabi ko na po, true po yan talaga Ment ngayon po awa ni Lord wala na ako maramdaman mga kirot sa katawan ko dati-dati pag my nilalakad ako hingal agad ako pero nong everyday maintenance iniinom na itong barley by GOD's Grace nawala po lahat ng iniinda ko.
