Mentally, She's Tired.
Being a mom is tough. It's not just about the sleepless nights or the endless to-do lists... it's the mental exhaustion that comes from always putting others first.
Mentally, she's tired. The weight of expectations, responsibilities, and the never-ending need to keep everything in order can be overwhelming. Yet, as a mom, she keeps going. Not because she's okay or because she's got it all figured out. But because her daughter come first.
Some days, she wonders if she's doing enough. If her love is strong enough to compensate for her tiredness. If her kid see the effort she puts into making life as normal and happy as possible despite her own struggles.
What many don't realize is that being a mom means carrying on even when your mind and heart are worn out. It means making sure your kid feel secure and loved, even when you feel like you're falling apart inside.
It's not that she doesn't want to rest. It's just that the love for her kid pushes her through sleepless nights and never-ending worries. When life feels like too much, it's that love that keeps her on her feet.
To every mom out there who feels drained but keeps moving forward... you're stronger than you think. It's okay to feel tired. It's okay to want a break. Just know that you are doing your best, and that's more than enough.
Take a moment to breathe. You deserve to feel appreciated for all you do. Your strength doesn't go unnoticed. Keep going, mom... you've got this.

How I went from….
62kg to 43kg

How I lost my all my Pregnancy weight gain & got back from to 43kg in 5 months

I workout at least 6 times a week i did a combination of strength training, cardio, pilates & weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️

I eat high- protein diet i still ate carbs & fats but I cut sugar entirely.. & breastfeeding help.. Most importantly, maintain a happy state of mind.

Long overdue post but here was my postpartum weight loss journey!
