UNSA ANG HEALTHY NA WEIGHT LOSS. 🫶🏻

May 13 - May 22 ( 9days ) BAD RESULT fats the same muscles baba ‼️❌

*she’s on her period kaya may mga cravings and wala naka exercise.

*naay days na wala sya naka tea & shake.

*she ate empanada and wala naka tea after 😅

May 22 - May 25 ( 3 days )

*consistent routine drink herbalife tea before walk— after she drink herbalife shake as her post exercise and breakfast na.
