A disaster is defined as a sudden or great misfortune or simply any unfortunate event. More precisely, a disaster is an event whose timing is unexpected and whose consequences are seriously destructive. The local governments gives some tips on how to be prepared in every situation because we don't know when will the disaster will hit us. Knowing what to do in an emergency is just as important as knowing how to prevent them from happening in the first place.Keeping calm and knowing how to respond to an emergency may save your life and those around you. When an emergency occurs, the priority is always life safety.In times of disasters, you have the responsibility to safeguard yourself and your family.If you educate yourself about these potential hazards, learn how to recognize them and plan for them, you can go a long way toward safeguarding yourself and your family.
