WAYS TO GIVE AWAY YOUR ENERGY (DON'T DO IT)

WHEN you help someone who did NOT ask you.

WHEN you offer to clean up or intervene in someone's situation, without having asked for it.

WHEN you promise and you don't keep.

WHEN you allow someone to take you out of your boxes and steal your peace.

WHEN you put aside your convictions for supporting others.

WHEN you advise others who are NOT asking you for an opinion and insist on changing it or supporting it because according to "your parameters" you know that something is wrong with him/her. Here you break the laws, you don't know if what that person lives is in the Law and if that's what he needs to live to pay karmas or to evolve and by ignorance you stop or break his process.

IF YOUR energy magnetizes with another being (you fall in love). And you are not reciprocated, don't wear yourself out energetically, understand, RELEASE that. What you will get are lies after lies being able to take you to the extreme of an electrical chaos, energy anorexia. It is the opportunity to polish some karma from the past, accepting, releasing and flowing.

Don't wear yourself out in thoughts.

VIBRATION IN QUANTUM PHYSICS

It means that everything is energy.
We are vibrational beings.
Each vibration equals a feeling and in the "vibrational" world, there are only two types of vibration, the positive and the negative.

THE THOUGHTS

Every thought you have emits a frequency towards the Universe and that frequency returns to the origin, so if you have negative thoughts, discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, all of this will return to you. This is why it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.

THE COMPANIES
•
The people around you directly influence your vibrational frequency. If you are surrounded by happy, determined people, you will also enter that vibration. Now if you surround yourself with complaining, cursing and pessimistic people, watch out! Well, they may be lowering your frequency and consequently preventing you from making the Law of Attraction work in your favor.

THE MUSIC
•
Music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that talks about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all that will interfere with your vibration. Pay attention to the lyrics to the songs you listen to, they may be lowering your vibrational frequency. And remember: you attract into your life exactly what you vibrate in.

THE THINGS U SEE
•
When you watch shows about accidents, deaths, betrayals, etc. Your brain accepts this as a reality and releases a whole chemical in your body, causing your vibrational frequency to be affected. See things that are good for you and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.

THE ENVIRONMENT
•
Whether at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in a disorganized, dirty, and ugly environment, it will also affect your frequency. Improve your surroundings organize and clean your environment Take care of what you already have!

If you complain or speak poorly about things and people it affects your vibrational frequency. In order for you to keep your frequency high, it is essential that you eliminate the habit of complaining and talking badly about others. So, avoid drama and victimize yourself.

"And the earth (Mind) was without form, and void; (unattached to form/ empty and stillness of presence-nothingness)

and darkness (shadows/illusions/chaos)was upon the face of the deep.(This is a revealing of one's own attachments and Created illusions)

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (Spirit consciousness purifying/cleansing/ Self-realization)

WHAT I LEARNED FROM THE DEVIL.
I had been teaching lessons from the book "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch for the past 20 years where Neale had a conversation with God. Recently I came across a book written in 1938 by Napoleon Hill of "Think And Grow Rich" fame but was released only last 2011 because of its controversial content. The title of the book is "Outwitting The Devil' where Napoleon Hill did an interview with the devil. I never thought that this book can be so enlightening as well.

Here is an excerpt dealing with the educational system where the devil said that if the following were taught in schools, things would go perfectly well in our world. Unfortunately, what was taught to students were just facts to be memorized and not to be able to use the mind to think properly.

"Q. Describe the changes needed just as they come to you.
A. You are forcing me to commit an act of treason against myself, but here it is:
Reverse the present system by giving children the privilege of leading in their school work instead of following orthodox rules designed only to impart abstract knowledge. Let instructors serve as students and let the students serve
as instructors.
As far as possible, organize all school work into definite methods through which the student can learn by doing, and
direct the class work so that every student engages in some form of practical labor connected with the daily problems of life. Ideas are the beginning of all human achievement. Teach all students how to recognize practical ideas that may be of benefit in helping them acquire whatever they demand of life.

Teach the students how to budget and use time, and above all teach the truth that time is the greatest asset available to human beings and the cheapest.

Teach the student the basic motives by which all people are influenced and show how to use these motives in acquiring
the necessities and the luxuries of life.

Teach children what to eat, how much to eat, and what is the relationship between proper eating and sound health.

Teach children the true nature and function of the emotion of s*x, and above all, teach them that it can be transmuted
into a driving force capable of lifting one to great heights of achievement.

Teach children to be definite in all things, beginning with the choice of a definite major purpose in life!

Teach children the nature of and possibilities for good and evil in the principle of habit, using as illustrations with which to dramatize the subject the everyday experiences of children and adults.

Teach children how habits become fixed through the law of hypnotic rhythm, and influence them to adopt, while in the
lower grades, habits that will lead to independent thought!

Teach children the difference between temporary defeat and failure, and show them how to search for the seed of an
equivalent advantage which comes with every defeat.

Teach children to express their own thoughts fearlessly and to accept or reject, at will, all ideas of others, reserving to themselves, always, the privilege of relying upon their own judgment.

Teach children to reach decisions promptly and to change them, if at all, slowly and with reluctance, and never without a definite reason.

Teach children that the human brain is the instrument with which one receives, from the great storehouse of nature, the
energy which is specialized into definite thoughts; that the brain does not think, but serves as an instrument for the interpretation of stimuli which cause thought.

Teach children the value of harmony in their own minds and that this is attainable only through self-control.

Teach children the nature and the value of self-control.

Teach children that there is a law of increasing returns which can be and should be put into operation, as a matter of habit, by rendering always more service and better service than is
expected of them.

Teach children the true nature of the Golden Rule, and above all show them that through the operation of this principle, everything they do to and for another they do also to and for themselves.

Teach children not to have opinions unless they are formed from facts or beliefs which may reasonably be accepted as facts.

Teach children that ci******es, liquor, narcotics, and over￾indulgence in s*x destroy the power of will and lead to the habit of drifting. Do not forbid these evils-just explain them.

Teach children the danger of believing anything merely because their parents, religious instructors, or someone else
says it is so.

Teach children to face facts, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant, without resorting to subterfuge or offering alibis.

Teach children to encourage the use of their sixth sense through which ideas present themselves in their minds from
unknown sources, and to examine all such ideas carefully.

Teach children the full import of the law of compensation as it was interpreted by Ralph Waldo Emerson, and show them how the law works in the small, everyday affairs of life.

Teach children that definiteness of purpose, backed by definite plans persistently and continuously applied, is the most efficacious form of prayer available to human beings.

Teach children that the space they occupy in the world is measured definitely by the quality and quantity of useful service they render the world.

Teach children there is no problem which does not have an appropriate solution and that the solution often may be found in the circumstance creating the problem.

Teach children that their only real limitations are those which they set up or permit others to establish in their own minds.

Teach them that man can achieve whatever man can conceive and believe!

Teach children that all schoolhouses and all textbooks are elementary implements which may be helpful in the development of their minds, but that the only school of real value is the great University of Life wherein one has the privilege of learning from experience.

Teach children to be true to themselves at all times and, since they cannot please everybody, therefore to do a good job of pleasing themselves."

Ego Death

Whilst Incarnate, a reference point is need for One to internalize their Human Experience; From this intimate Perspective, we’re able to Observe and interact with Life from limited Awareness. The Ego is a facet of the Mind meant to stimulate our reconnection to Source. From an early age, we latch onto this framework of Self to process our Existence; However, the Trauma that stems from these youthful days often scars the Ego in very personal ways which consequently distorts Character development by diluting our Trust in the Process. In order to advance Consciousness the way the Universe intended, we have to overcome the Ego and its hindering beliefs.

Upon Awakening, One faces Mindful transformation which opens their eyes to the true nature of Reality; Spiritual Evolution requires a certain degree of Self-Realization. Ego Death, simply put, is the liberation from Fear into Love; Principles of our Multidimensionality begin to resurface as we shed old paradigms to make way for Intuitive Guidance. Self Awareness is a threshold All must cross in order to transcend Duality. Ego Death is less an abolishment as it is an Integration; We are here to embrace the Soul by honoring the Human elements of Self.

In order to successfully achieve Ego Death, One must initially engage in Shadow Work; Moments like the Dark Night of the Soul act as a Catalyst for reminding us of our true Being. The Ego is a Subconscious program that runs on autopilot until we become Conscious of the repetitious patterns and recode our Awareness. Resistance from Change is a clear indication that the Ego is still in control; The Mind will become more Responsive and less Reactive as we continue to unify our Persona
