* Leave on overnight and rinse the next day using a lightening soap or body wash.
* Moisturize your skin with your regular body lotion
* Avoid sun exposures as much as possible
* Do this daily without a miss for a month

Daytime Application as a Regular Lotion (Instant White) :
* Prep your skin before application , clean skin absorbs the product well
* Pump a PEA SIZE of the cream and apply on both arms and another PEA SIZE for your legs
* Blend well to achieve instant whiter skin!
* For darker skin this may not be a good idea ( masyado sya maputi for your shade), please follow the night time
application on your initial use.
