ARROW Act signed into law—clearing the path for faster infra projects across PH

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has signed RA 12289 or the Accelerated and Reformed Right-of-Way (ARROW) Act that removes long-standing bottlenecks in infrastructure development.
