Sa ikalimang episode ng Chikahang Pangkalusugan, tinalakay ang 6S o anim na Summer Diseases dulot ng mataas na heat index ng panahon, humidity, at mas madalas na pagdami ng mga outdoor activities ngayong tag-init.

Kabilang sa 6S ay ang sore eyes, sunburn, sipon at ubo, s**a at diarrhea, sakit sa balat, at sakmal ng a*o.

Sa gitna ng init ng panahon, pinapayuhan ng DOH Bicol CHD ang lahat na uminom ng maraming tubig, siguruhin ang tamang paghanda ng pagkain, mag sunscreen at magsuot ng protective eye wear, at maghugas ng kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig.

Hinihikayat din ng Kagawaran ang pagsulong ng responsible pet ownership sa pamamagitan ng regular na pagpapabakuna ng mga alagang hayop. (DOH5/MDUB)

" Physical and Mental Fitness Program for Government personnel " and Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No.6 s. 1995, requiring all agencies to adopt " The Great Filipino Workout " as an integral part of part of the National Physical Fitness and Sports Development Program for government personnel. This program promotes the health and wellness of government employees the 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐚 headed by our dedicated 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐑𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐒. 𝐋𝐢𝐦 conduct a regular Physical Fitness Activity every Tuesday and Thursday.

LIMITADO PO ang bakuna.. 1st come 1st serve po kita! Salamat.

So mga inaki po ning PUON LAST YEAR hanggang FEBRUARY 7, 2026 na mayo pang bakuna, pakidara na lang po kang aki nindo para mabakuna na sinda.
