PREVENTION TIPS ❗❗❗

✅ 1. For Influenza (Flu)

- Wash hands frequently with soap and water.

- Avoid close contact with sick people.

- Cover nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing.

- Get vaccinated annually against the flu.

- Boost your immune system by eating healthy and getting enough sleep.

- Eliminate mosquito breeding sites (empty stagnant water from containers, tires, pots, etc.).

- Use mosquito repellents and wear long sleeves and pants, especially during early morning and late afternoon.

- Install screens on windows and doors to keep mosquitoes out.

- Use mosquito nets while sleeping if needed.
