Sugar, Honey and Fruits containing sucrose and fructose are all naturally occuring in NATURE.

Since they are "Natural", are those really as SAFE and as HEALTHY as we believed them to be?

Apparently, this journal from American Diabetes Association now sees the link between consumption of those to metabolic problems like Elevated Uric Acid, Diabetes, and Central Obesity (large abdominal girth). These are mostly associated with Fatty Liver, elevated triglycerides and increased inflammation.

The worst of all kind is the HFCS or High Fructose Corn Syrup that manufacturers use to sweeten Milk Teas, Frappes, Biscuits, Ice Creams, Candies, Chocolate Drinks and many more.

EACH PERSON is AFFECTED DIFFERENTLY.

It might NOT happen to you now, but it doesn't mean it is not happening to others or to you in the future unless we all choose to improve our overall food intake.

Fruits can be taken at its own natural harvest season, planted organically and ideally, the ones in the wild. But if one is still healing from too much Sugar and fructose in the body, a pause from nature's sweet treat may be necessary for us to gain back first the health that we lost.
