We cannot change other people; we can only change ourselves. Trying to change someone is like trying to control or program them, like a robot. Real change only happens when a person chooses it for themselves. If the desire for change is only coming from you, then don’t force it outward—focus inward instead. Allow yourself to grow, to adjust, and to become stronger and wiser through your own transformation.

After all the fights, triggers, hurt, and heavy feelings, sometimes it turns out that things were never really talked through properly. You were brought down for just a moment, yet you carried the weight for decades.

But healing can happen in an instant when hearts finally open—when you talk, surrender, and choose trust. In that moment, what felt broken for a long time begins to heal, because you start to understand what God truly meant for both of you.

We don’t heal to forget what happened—we heal so we can love better. We heal so we can become a blessing to those who are quietly carrying unspoken words, heavy burdens, and deep hurt.

I’m not afraid to speak out about what I’m going through. I don’t raise my voice to hurt anyone—I speak to express, to release, and to heal. I’m also not afraid to share my blessings, because I believe they are meant to inspire and uplift others.

You can only truly bless people when you’ve experienced something real yourself. It’s through your own journey that you learn how to love and understand those who are going through what you once faced.

Maybe that’s your purpose—to be the person God uses to help others realize they can stand up again.
