To address the FDA Advisory No. 2021-0480 for Brilliant Skin Essentials Rejuvenating Facial Toner and FDA Advisory No. 2021-0477 for Brilliant Skin Essentials Rejuvenating Facial Cream, we would like to inform everyone that to be able to comply with the FDA, the product needs to be registered as DRUGS due to some ingredients not being allowed in a cosmetic product.

The registration of the product is a long process, and it takes time to get an approval of the CPR (Certificate of Product Registration) as DRUGS. But rest assured that we are already processing the Drug Registration of these products.

Do not worry, the Customer’s safety is our utmost priority.
