10 important and simple tips para sa mga applicants.. PAANO MGKAROON NG TRABAHO..

If you are applying for job always remember this tip:

1. Kung may mga job post sa fb o sa mga job site basahin mabuti bago mag comment. Kasi yung iba naka lagay na nga yung buong details sa job post mag tatanong pa ( sample yung name ng company,location or yung job open) ugaliin natin magbasa muna bago magtanong kasi dun palang turn off na ang mga employer / HR sa inyo tapos mag eexpect kyo natatawagan kyo e simpleng pagbabasa lang di nyo magawa.

2. Cguradohing mgtanong baka Networking ang punta mo... Dapat i research muna ang company para kunti may alam ka.. Tingnan mo ang timeline ng ngpost kung legit ba o hindi.... Kung Interesado kayo, puntahan nyo. Hindi yung kayo pa nag i interview s HR / EMPLOYER tru TEXT/PM.

3. Make sure your phone keep active sagutin ang tawag. HUWAG MASYADONG PA IMPORTANTE KASI MARAMI NAG AAPPLY DI KAYO KAWALAN SA KANILA

4. At kung natawagan kayo for scheduled interview make sure pumunta kayo at kung hindi naman kayo makapunta give notice dun tumawag sa inyo na di kyo makapunta para alam din nila yung dahilan. Hindi yung nag confirm tapos NO SHOW AT ALL. Tas nagtataka ka bakit wala ka pang trabaho hanggang ngayon.

5. Pag dating naman sa sahod dapat willing tayo lagi mag start minimum rate kasi hindi ka naman kaagad agad mataas ang sahod kung wala ka pang napatunayan sa kumpanya o napatunayan dun sa previous job mo. ( except dun sa mga managerial position at marami ng experience at malalaman naman ng employer yun kung deserve mo yung asking rate mo)

6. HUWG KAYONG CHOSSY SA MGA TRABAHO O SAHOD
SA PINAS KASI GANUN TALAGA DAPAT NATIN TANGGAPIN NA MABABA MAGPASAHOD DITO. Mag abroad ka kung gusto mo malaki sahod.

7. Sa mga high school or fresh grad naman dapat willing kang mag start sa pinaka mababang position at mababang sahod hindi yung Managerial agad ang hinahangad mo. Bihira lang ang mga kumpanyang kukuha ng fresh grad at managerial agad ang position. Kaya yung ibang fresh grad karamihan tambay.

8. Kung nais mag apply agad be prepared. Mghanda pamasahi or kunting allowance para may pangkain.. Wag mgpalibre sa company kung maari kasi tayo amg mangangailangan ng trabho At wag kalimotan , Dapat meron ng resume or biodata at iba pang clearances ang kailangan para kung sa sakaling hingan ka agad ng employer may maibigay ka. At plus factor na un para makapag umpisa kna agad..

9. Kung nabigyan ka ng slots ng company na inapplyan mo ng schedule for orientaion or actual observation wag mo tanggihan para malaman mo ang trabaho at paano trabahuin.. Sa ganun malaman mo kung kaya mo ba o hindi ang trabaho.

10. Kung matanggap ka na dapat mghanda ng kailanganin wala ng excuses at wag magpalate sa unang araw ng trbaho o mgpakailanman..
