5 years ago, I was a loyal graveyard employee na malipay sa OT and Incentives. Working under pressure, from flexible schedules to adapting new changes are not new to me. But imagine how good is our Lord, He let me me encounter a good and wonderful people na you cannot imagine will drag you up, motivate you, and even treating you as part of the family. Very hands.on leader na kung sa uban pa after getting what they want byaan naka. Pero Sila? No. They are molding you to be better and best leader in LANAO. I may not be a good speaker but one day I will duplicate the attitude and mindset of being a leader to my team.

Being part of AWDC company was the best part of my 2023 but having my growing team here in LANAO lahi rajud this 2024. I cannot achieved this kind of goal to have my own motorcycle without you guys. Tanang rejections and failures are all my keys to achieved this. Resulta sa sud sa duha ka months way tulog.
