Uniform, apron, and shop consumables c/o shop owner
Barbers must have their own tools
Must be knowledgeable of modern/trendy and classic haircut, basic massage, hot towel, shampoo, hair color
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
•45% barber's commission on services
•Unang gupit sa barbero - food/transpo allowance (equivalent to almost P4,200 monthly)
•Quota commission
•Birthday incentive
•Christmas incentive
•Year-end incentive
•10% merch/product commission
