· ON-HAND STOCKS. We have available stocks ready for shipping. Colors and styles will also be indicated. We will inform you if your chosen item is available or out of stock.

· FACTORY OVERRUNS. Items made by the original manufacturer which cannot be sold in malls because they do not adhere to brand standards. Items may have small holes, mending, and wrong stitches; Washable stains; Cut tags/ Wrong tag sizes

· NO HAGGLING PLEASE.

· BY COMMENTING AND SENDING AN ORDER FORM, YOU ARE PROMISING THAT YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WILL PURCHASE THE PRODUCT. Therefore, all sent orders will be considered as final and no cancellation of orders will be allowed. · PAYMENT IS EXPECTED TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE INVOICE. If you fail to settle your payments, your transaction will be revoked. Joy Reserve/ Bogus Buyers will not be tolerated!

· BUYERS ARE EXPECTED TO SHOULDER THE SHIPPING FEE. Prices will be exclusive of the shipment fee. The Shipment fee will vary depending on the quantity of products ordered.

· PAY TODAY, SHIP TOMORROW. Items will be received 1-2 business days after shipment (Metro Manila) and 3-4 business days (Province).

· NO RETURN. NO EXCHANGE. NO REFUND. All items are assured by our supplier to be of good quality and are inspected thoroughly before shipping out. Due to the limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the color/s shown in the pictures may not correspond 100% to the items themselves.

· ANY DELAYS/DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT/S AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY ANYMORE. The courier is not within our control. Tracking numbers are made available upon shipment. We will extend our help and contact the courier right away if there are problems with a shipped package.
