I do random blood pressure check every 1 to 2 months for 5 years now my blood pressure is super A OK! Everytime i check it its normal usually i do 3 times in a row
Blood pressure indicates if you have inflammation in your body if your bp is always high it indicates that you have a problem

ang totoo ang cholesterol doesnt make your blood pressure go up doesnt cause heart attacks! Ito pa nga ang tumutulong sa katawan para maiayos mag repair nang mga sumisira sa ating katawan
Ang totoong sumisira sa katawan natin ay ang sobrang asukal carbohydrates sa katawan natin galing sa mga pagkain like rice noodles flour pasta desserts sugary drinks yan ang totoo na di alam nang iba! Di ba kayo nagtataka kaht anung gamot na bigay doktor di kayo gumagaling?! Like sa diabetes dahil di nyo binabago ang way of eating nyo lifestyle! Gawin nyo sa inyong diet proteins and good fats sigurado lahat nang metabolic diseases nyo mawawala na parang magic! Just be consistent and no cheating!!!!

My omad meal! After my 18hr fasting :) lettuce eggs and pork giniling! Yung sinasabi nila na tataas ang cholesterol mo at magkakasakit ka sa puso dahil sa mga ganitong pagkain?! Well! Pag hinaluan nyo nang kanin tinapay noodles pasta dun kayo magkaka problema! But if you stay lowcarb yan ang magpapagaling sa inyo kung may mga karamdaman kayo or kung wala naman karamdaman eh eto ang mga pagkain for longevity! Cheers!

Hi im 46 years old
The first pic was high carb diet i eat everything no limitations im
-hypertensive
-high sugar
-i have endema
-i have sleep apnea
-i cant stand alone anymore
-i have numbness in my hands face feet
-i once urinate with blood
-i have gout really painful
One day i decided to change my lifestyle i cut off all the carbs in my life i research about keto lowcarb lifestyle and without cheating i made it thats the second picture
All my metabolic diseases is gone i have normal bp normal hba1c normal createnine my labs are normal i lost a lot of kilos and after 2 years im doing fasting until now im 5 years in this lifestyle! Thank God for waking me up! I did it so you can do it too!
