Fun fact, sometimes kahit yung mga walang malinaw na goal ay may naabot dahil lang sa good routine and disiplina nila araw araw, mas lalo na siguro kung may goal ka at may disiplina ka pa diba? Motivation fades, pero kapag may good habits ka it stays 😉

I want you classmeyts to understand, that succeeding is not a race, hindi ito paunahan. Kaya if you feel overwhelmed it's okay na maupo ng tahimik, huminga ng malalim at mag pahinga. You do not have to be super aggressive all the time, pansinin mo ang tubig it is considered soft pero nagagawa nya mag carve ng daanan na nagiging ilog or canyon in the future. Rest if you must, pero tuloy tuloy lang ang daloy ng buhay classmeyt 🙂
