The 5 basic strokes we use:
1. Effleurage - warm up muscles
2. Petrissage - release tension
3. Tapotement - stimulate nerves
4. Trigger point therapy - target specific areas
5. Deep tissue - deeper muscle layers

Massage can help with uric acid by relaxing muscles and flushing out toxins, but keep it gentle if you have other health issues. Diet and exercise can help too.

Massage helps anxiety by releasing tension, relaxing muscles, and calming nerves. It also releases oxytocin, making you feel calm.🥰🥰🥰

If you are stressed, 2-3 times a month is good. If you are sore, 1-2 times a week is okay. Listen to your body and adjust. Weekly massages are great for relaxation and sleep too. Take care!

If you have just worked out, Swedish Massage is probably better as it helps relax your muscles and improves circulation. Thai massage is more intense, focusing on stretching and pressure points, so it is great if you need deep tissue work Depends on what you are after! ❤️ 💙
