Good morning, lovelies.

For two beautiful years, you have been part of our journey as we opened and nurtured this lounge here in the north. You didn’t just walk through our doors—you filled this space with stories, trust, laughter, and moments that we will carry with us for a lifetime. This lounge became what it is because of you.

It makes this even harder to say.

As the global crisis continues to affect many industries, ours has been deeply impacted in ways we can no longer sustain in the coming months. We tried. Quietly, persistently, and wholeheartedly—to keep going. But despite all efforts, we have reached a point where we must make one of the most difficult decisions for our team and our future.

With heavy hearts, we are announcing that this branch will permanently close on May 30, 2026.

Until then, we remain fully committed to you.

We sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation as we do our best to honor all existing services and packages. Here are the options available to help you maximize your remaining balances:

✅ We will continue accepting walk-in clients for per-session services (IV drips, lasers, slimming, facials, nails, and more).
✅ Clients with fully paid packages may bring friends or loved ones to share and consume their remaining services.
✅ Package balances may be converted into other available services if you wish.
✅ If you are unable to complete your sessions before May 30, you may continue them at any of our NCR branches or transfer them to someone nearby.

We are doing everything we can to fulfill our obligations with honesty and fairness, using all the resources we have left. We ask, from the heart, for your patience, kindness, and support during this transition.

This is not how we imagined this chapter would end but it does not erase the beauty of everything we’ve built together.

We hold on to hope that this isn’t goodbye… just a “see you later.”
