In yoga , and physical exercises some postures can help open and balance the energy centers in the body, including the heart chakra.
Upper body exercises, especially those that promote expansion and opening of the chest, may contribute to a sense of openness and well-being that aligns with the concept of opening the heart chakra. Examples include chest-opening yoga poses like Cobra, Bridge, or Wheel pose, as well as exercises like chest presses and push-ups. However, the effects on the heart chakra are largely subjective and individual experiences may vary.
