*Here the use of the optimal set of PM FitLine.
👉 POWERCOCKTAIL + RESTORATE
1st thing in the morning *on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before breakfast in:
- *250-350ml still water 1 sachet of Powercocktail*
+ 2 ML Activize (measuring spoon is in the can)
- Wait at least 15 minutes until breakfast (ideally our delicious yogurt) 😋

Approx. 1 hour after lunch, stir 2-4 ML Activize into 250 ml of still water and drink. - If you notice a tingling sensation after approx. 7-15 min or if you turn red all over, this is a flash that is "not bad" at all. - Goes away again after 20 minutes. 😊 ➡ Increases the oxygen transport in the blood, opens the pores of the skin to the outside. Cells are well supplied.

Always drink or eat nothing else for at least 15 minutes after consumption.
On long car journeys, or whenever you need concentration or power, you can also drink 2-4 ML Acti per 200 ml of water.

Take Restorate (in the evening):

- approx. 20 min before going to bed.
- Stir *1 sachet of Restorate* into 250-350 ml of "still" water & allow to "bubble out".
Drink in sips, like hot tea.
