May nag order samin ng 2 pouches of slimming drinks and was delivered on the same day. As our shop’s rule, we send a photo of the items before shipping out. But after almost 1 week, nag file sya ng refund claiming na 1 pouch lang daw pinadala namin.

Take note, wala syang reply don sa message namin. She went straight to the CS and uploaded 2 sachets as evidence which was obviously taken from one of the pouches.

She even dared us to file a dispute which we did and WE WON kasi nga as per checking ng CS, we have sent 2 pouches talaga.

We won’t post this sana but she tagged us to drag us down.

So if you came here because you clicked our page from her post, here’s our story and the truth. We won’t win the dispute if we were lying. Guess who did? 🤷🏻‍♀️
