URIC ACID is a waste product when there is breakdown of purines.

Ang purine usually maririnig mo yan sa DNA - ang partner nya pyrimidine. Marami kang cells so marami kang DNA so marami kang purines so bawat segundo may uric acid na output sa katawan mo.

Pero nakukuha rin yung uric acid sa pagkain, usually seafoods, meats and alcohol. Pero isang tip, maraming purine sa mga pagkain na kinakain natin pag baby pa yung pagkain - beans and nuts and sprouts kasi baby plant, balut kasi baby chicken - kasi maraming dna.

HYPERURICEMIA ang tawag pag mataas yung uric acid sa dugo. Pag sobrang taas, nagkaka-Gout ka. Pwede magkacrystals sa joints, kidneys, skin, outer ear.
