Have you ever asked yourself, "what action should I take when I'm not where I want to be?"

whenever I feel tired and not happy at work, I
always remind or encourage myself (or sometimes talk to myself in front of the mirror):

πŸƒI would look at my vision board, write in my journal, and pray to give strength to endure the challenges I'm facing

πŸƒI always Look forward to do the things I want and love from the paycheck I'm getting from my work

⛰️The journey is not going to be easy especially if you're going through it all alone but don't give up. Keep showing up, do everything to work with determination, perseverance, excellence, integrity, and purpose. Your attitude while on the journey will determine what character you will develop.

⛰️ Believe in yourself even no one else does.

⛰️ Stop wasting time, keep on learning and take care of yourself.

⛰️ Learn to direct your mind with certainty and FOCUS.

In a few weeks, we are about to enter the last quarter of 2024 and there are goals sitting inside of our minds waiting for us to execute.

Sometimes we have ideas, goals, proposals, or prayers that sound absurd to other people. have you ever experienced sharing a thought about something unique and got dismissed because it seems impossible?

What if those ideas, proposals, or goals, are meant for you to think about because it is only meant for you to execute it?

Life is too short to live in regrets. πŸ˜‰

Mind is a battlefield

I choose to keep notes to myself as a reminder. There's a situation earlier this morning that triggers my fear of uncertainty but I remember Joyce Meyer's preaching, mind is a battlefield, not everyone deserves a reaction. I remember one of her preaching, she said, "Why don't you pause and think if this situation deserves a reaction?"

I initially shared a negative thought on my facebook but I deleted it after realizing it's not a healthy way to respond and it will not solve the issue. I calmed myself and decided to choose to deal with it tomorrow when I am more mindful of my words.

Words can either heal or break a person's heart. Anger can lead to arguments. Anxiety can lead to addiction. Before spiraling down to that sinful response, practice the catch and release method. Self awareness, confession, prayer, and release it to the cross.
