Maraming tao mataas na pala ang uric acid
pero walang , walang sakit, walang pamamaga.

Tahimik lang.
Pero habang tahimik… unti-unti na pala niyang sinisira ang katawan mo.

⚠️ Pwedeng maka-apekto sa:

kidneys
puso
blood vessels
joints (kahit di pa sumasakit ngayon)

Usually, lumalabas lang ang symptoms kapag malala na.
At dun na nagsisimula yung “biglaan” na gout attack or kidney issues.

Kaya wag hintayin ang pain bago kumilos.
Prevention > gamutan.

Hindi masama ang monggo.
Actually healthy pa nga siya.

Here’s why:

High in protein – good sa muscles, pang-tawid-gutom.

Rich in fiber – maganda sa digestion, nakakatulong sa cholesterol.

May vitamins & minerals – folate, potassium, iron.

BUT may exceptions:

Kung may , pwedeng i-limit kasi medyo mataas sa purines (pero hindi kasing taas ng red meat/seafood).

Kung may acid reflux, minsan nagti-trigger ng bloating.

Kung wala ka naman sa dalawang yan, safe and good ang monggo.

Science shows that having a strong sense of purpose is closely linked to better mental health. A 2023 meta-analysis of 99 studies with 66,468 people found that individuals with greater purpose consistently reported fewer depression and anxiety symptoms. The association was strong for depression and moderate-to-strong for anxiety.

These results are correlational, not proof that purpose directly causes better mental health. Purpose might help protect against depression, depression might make purpose harder to feel, or both may be shaped by other factors. Even so, the pattern is clear across many studies.

Purpose means having direction, knowing your actions matter, and feeling your life has value. Harvard research found that 58 percent of young adults reported little or no purpose in the past month. Those with low purpose had much higher rates of anxiety or depression (54 percent) compared to those with purpose (25 percent).

Young adults say they find purpose through relationships, helping others, and pursuing meaningful goals. Purpose grows over time, and building it can support well-being. Strengthen close relationships, serve others, set goals beyond yourself, and focus on your strengths and values. 💛✨
