I can offer physical therapy sessions or personal fitness trainings at your gym or your own home. Will hellp you reach goals of recovery or strengthening, conditioing of your body and bones and toning of your muscles. I can also help you achieve your ideal weight and body with targeted solutions or personal exercise programs specific to your needs.

I charge hourly (PhP650 incl transpo) but we can discuss a customized package for you. I am a seasoned personal fitness trainer with experiences here & abroad. I am also a Reflexologist/Massage Therapist (Separate minimal charge) specifically for recovering Cerebrovascular accident or any accidents suvivor patients and Seniors.

I am a BS.Ed grad major in Physical Education. Also a graduate of TESDA caregiver course and I am certified fitness coach with Red Cross on First Aid and Emergency. I charge separately for services, but I can offer a package of joined services at a reasonable rate. Everything is negotiable. I am a professional Fitness Coach and Physical Therapist, I only do legal services no hanky panky please.
