Ten years ago today, we proudly unveiled the PDS DermAuthority logo and tagline through a print ad in a leading newspaper. This milestone feels like the perfect moment to reflect on the journey and the people who brought the DermAuthority tagline to life.

In early 2014, as head of the Communications Cluster, I took the lead in revitalizing our society’s public awareness campaign. With the full support of then PDS President Dr. Rosalina Nadela and the entire board, we set out to develop a powerful campaign that would reinforce the PDS’s reputation as the premier organization of dermatologists in the country.

To elevate our efforts, we partnered with the Sinson Lascano Group (SLG), a professional media agency. After weeks of collaboration and creative brainstorming, the tagline "PDS, the DermAuthority" was born. This tagline perfectly encapsulates the essence of a PDS dermatologist—a highly trained and skilled physician who is the true expert in skin, hair, and nail care. From that point forward, "DermAuthority" became the foundation of all our communication efforts across various media channels. The message is simple yet powerful: PDS is the DermAuthority.
