Said goodbye to Zonrox and Domex months ago since I tried the Thieves Household Cleaner (THC). No more sakit ng ulo dahil sa sobramg tapang ng amoy and kemikal. I love the smell of the Thieves pa, amoy imported😂

I got Elemi back in December pero ngayon ko pa lang siya gagamitin. Elemi is part of the same family as Frankincense and Myrrh. It has an incense-like scent that is soft and fresh with a hint of citrus kaya perfect for meditations. Elemi also supports skincare, soothes muscle, and supports respiratory care.

For only P605 a bottle, it is way much cheaper than Frank (na paubos na after a year 😂), that's why it is also called The Poor Man's Frankincense.

Ayun, feeling a lot better now than last night, yay! Sharing you the diffuser blend : 2 drops each lang ng RC, Thieves, at Lavender.

Para naman sa Breathe Easy Roll On Blend:
5 drops RC
5 drops Eucalyptus
3 drops Oregano
2 drops Copaiba
Fill 5ml bottle with carrier oil

Continue diffuse at pahid lang hanggang sa gumaan ang pakiramdam. PM is not the key, Consistency is!💪

Exposure to fine particulate matter (such as pollution, smoke, airborne dust, haze, etc.) in the air that enters the lungs through the nose and mouth can trigger asthma symptoms. Particulates in the lungs can increase lung inflammation, change lung structure, and cause thickening of the lining of the lungs.

A recent preclinical model of asthma and exposure to particulate matter found that inhaling nebulized peppermint essential oil reduces these deleterious effects on the lungs. This suggests that inhaling pure peppermint oil may reduce symptoms of asthma when exposed to particulate matter.

Car Spray Blend: Thieves, Purification, Lemon, and Peppermint, a capful of Witch Hazel, and distilled water.

Whenever we rent a van, I always make a batch of this. Protocol na kasi ng may-ari na mag-disinfect sa pagsundo at paghatid. At dahil hinihika ako sa Lysol, ako 'ung mag-iispray ng car blend ko 😂 Disinfected na, it helps pa with my motion sickness. Plus ang bango bango pa ng sasakyan, mas masarap bumiyahe😊
