HIRING ACCOUNTS RECIVABLE OFFICER
Job Description
Supervise outstanding account balances
Commence appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or offending balances
Keep management informed of credit and collection activities and take action prescribed by senior management to tackle issues raised
Assist customers to resolve account problems emanating from incorrect billing, inaccurate information, improper delivery, slow payments, etc.
Undertake research and assemble documentation to support adjustments to account balances
Act as the company’s representative in taking inbound calls
Arrange debt repayment based on customer’s financial situation and client repayment guidelines, via credit card, check or obtained insurance
Document all updates and acquired information on accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
1-2 years of experience in AR.
Must Be Knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
Knowledge of office and accounting software.
Patience and resilience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Caption creation /reply/ post engage with customers
2. Monitoring and tracking deliverables of Lazada and Shopee
3. Coordinate for enrollment and order with other online shops like Lazada/ Shopee, Uploading/campaigns/store creation/printing etc
4. Answer customers emails/chats on shipping and FAQ concerns
5. knowledgeable on products offered, and discuss options with customers when necessary
6. Act as Social Media and Seller Account Moderator
7. Assist in additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/ College Degree in Marketing or any business related courses
2. Preferably with Experience in Shopee And Lazada
3. Required Skills: Design Conceptualization, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Online Analytics
4. Verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported
7. Possesses creative flair, versatility, conceptual/ visual ability, and originality in work
9. Amenable to work in Makati City in an office-based setup
