THE SERVICES:

Mental Health: The clinic offers the services of a visiting Psychiatrist who emphasizes meditation over medication and counseling based on the yamas and niyamas of traditonal yoga philosophy. Pediatrics: Our in-house Pediatrician will be able to see to your child's basic needs such as check-ups and immunizations and will help plan the type of lifestyle that you will be comfortable imparting upon your children. General Medicine: Our in-house Physician can also address your minor medical concerns that do not require specialist consult. He will also assist you for any concerns you have regarding the use of traditional, herbal and alternative healing modalities and help you tailor-fit a treatment regimen that fits right for you. Sheng Zhen Gong: A meditative form of mind-body medicine, part of the discipline of Qigong, which heals the body, mind, heart and spirit through the cultivation and movement of qi in the body and learning how to use it in sync with the universe. Bikram Method Yoga: This yoga practice consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 asanas (postures) repeated twice. The emphasis is on maintaining breath, self-awareness, and active application of the will power. Bikram Method yoga is not just a hatha yoga practice but a raja yoga practice that will develop your faith, self-control, determination, concentration and patience. Thai Yoga Massage: A comforting type of yoga where energy blockages are released, boundaries dissolve and deep hea;ing occurs in a space of presence and meditation. Thai massage blends elements of accupressure, yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, chiropractic and ayurveda. Vinyasa Yoga Plus: A type of hatha yoga wherein the poses flow with the breath. The sequence of asanas are repeated instead of held for a number of breaths. Some poses and stretching exercises for Pilates, dance, martial arts and other sports are incorporated in the vinyasas. The class is multi-level. Culinary Consultations: The clinic also offers culinary counseling and cooking lessons centering on healthy cooking styles, targeting specific illnesses such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Gout and the like. Energy Medicine and Pranic Healing: The clinic also provides services such as auric reading and crystal therapy by our in- house specialist. Natural Herbal Supplements: The clinic offers counseling on the use of personalized natural remedies such as herbal products for inflammation and anti- bacterial needs. Therapeutic Massage: Massage therapy manipulates the soft tissues and joints of the body to rehabilitate and augment physical functions and relieve pain. It is a clinical option that provides tangible relief to bodily discomforts brought on by stress, muscular tension and chronic pain. Our in-house allopathic (western medicine) doctors are both versed in and practice natural healing methods and integrate Natural and Alternative healing methods into the care of their patients. Juan Luis Camara Singson, M.D.: Dr. Singson is the clinic director and a practicing Pediatrician. He received his Medical School degree from the University of the East, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. He completed his training in Pediatrics under St. Luke's Medical Center's Institute of Pediatrics and Child Health. He has also undergone training in Naturopathic Healing under the Philippine Institute of Naturopathic Sciences. Enrico Camara, M.D.: Rickie is a board-certified Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist with extensive clinical, management, academic and research experience at both the U.S. Veterans Affairs in Hawaii and the University of Hawaii John A. He is a certified Bikram yoga teacher and completed training inThai Yoga Massage/ Adjustments in the Navina Method. Roger Ty-Simone: Roger is a Sheng Zhen Gong (Qigong) instructor with a personal interest in sharing its mind, body and soul practices with those coping with cancer or other life altering conditions. He has extensive background in both Western and Eastern medicine. He currently teaches qigong at the Carewell Community and at the Good Qi Circle in Legaspi Village. Other Sheng Zhen Gong instructors are Anabel Alejandrino, Inday Espadero, Michelle Magsaysay, Sylvia Singson, Tita Sicat, Ching Camara and Chiquita Bautista. Marlette Besa: Marlette is a Vinyasa Yoga instructor who brings with her 14 years of teaching experience in key cities around Metro Manila. She is a Prenatal Yoga instructor as well. Since the classes are multi-level, she can tailor fit the yoga sessions to her clients' fitness levels. Chef Marie Gonzalez:
Marie is our in-house culinary consultant. She received her culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City. She also has a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from Cornell University. Marie specialized in holistic, plant-based, and allergy-friendly cooking classes, workshops, and lectures through her company, Kitchen Revolution. Irmina India: Mina is our in-house certified pranic and auric healer whose gifts were honed by Mr. Jaime T. Licauco. She specializes in auric reading, eenergy medicine and crystal therapy. Philip Camara: Philip is our in-house herbalist who is well versed in the use of locally grown herbs. he maintains his own farms which provide us with freshly made and personalized herbal preparations and compounds. MaryAnn Porquez: MaryAnn is a pediatric nurse who specializes in reflexology for children. She is currently a student of the Philippine Institute of Naturopathic Sciences and is working towards a degree in Naturopathic Medicine. Nenita Cabaltierra: Nenita is a highly experienced neuro-muscular therapist having worked as one for the past 10 years. Aside from her training in this healing modality, she has experiened working in Russia over a 3 year period treating a wide range of health problems.
