We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

To avoid bogus clients, Effective January 15, 2025 a 200 pesos per pax downpayment is required upon booking for all services rendered.Secure your slot by booking individual appointments through Facebook Messenger. While walk-ins are accepted, avallability during your visit is not guaranteed.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Please arrive for your massage/spa appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unrushed experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a clients may encounter.If clients arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the client will be given the option of being seen that day as a walk-in.

NO SHOW POLICY:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your down payment.It is important that our therapist are compensated for reserved time slots
