Ruby Paulino Valderrama
Owner of the former Ruby Paul Salon in Sangandaan Caloocan that was founded on 1950’s by her mother Pilar Paulino but in an unfortunate event the salon was caught on fire last 2017. She was a member of Filhair Coop association founded by Ricky Reyes, she also managed to do contest and events in the CAMANAVA chapter. A TESDA Certified Hair Accessor and Trainor, certified teacher in cosmetology. She is also a part of “Isang Gunting Isang Suklay” program who teaches many aspiring beauticians in the country. Now she established a new salon in Conception Malabon to continue her passion.
