How To Let Go
1. Close your eyes
2. Take a deep breath
3. Picture what has been troubling you and imagine you are putting this emotion onto a basket on a river. Release it from your hands and see the basket float away from you as you slowly see it disappear in the distance. As it does, you are no longer burdened by this worry. Now you can take get up and move on with a smile on your face, knowing you are now free of your burden.
4. Take some more deep breaths

Hello everyone! I had hidden my identity in the beginning because I didn't want to gain a following here simply because of my radio and TV persona. I wanted to sincerely help as many people through positive thinking and crystal healing hence opening this shop and sending out loving vibrations to you all.
Since I have left both radio and TV posts, I can now reveal myself and continue my goal of sharing my knowledge not just about crystal healing but also other aspects in life.
