TO USE:
Shake before use. Do not spray on open wounds. Do not ingest
Spray 5 to 10 times on affected area. It might sting a bit on first use.
Spray on knees, legs, abdomen, shoulders, back, wrist, scalp, ankles and bottoms of the feet. Massage well to optimize absorption.
Leave on or you may rinse off with water r wipe with wet cloth after 30-45 minutes.
