Tagapagdala ng gintong alaala at limang henerasyong pamana ng Empanada de Kaliskis.

Ang malagintong kulay ng aking kasuotan ay hango sa piniritong balat nito—malutong, katangi-tangi, at kumikislap na parang kayamanang minana sa ating mga ninuno.

Ang patong-patong at mala-kaliskis na disenyo ay sumasalamin sa natatanging anyo ng Empanada de Kaliskis. Bawat tiklop, bawat detalye, at bawat gintong kislap ay kumakatawan sa sipag, pagkamalikhain, at pagmamahal na ipinasa mula sa isang salinlahi tungo sa susunod.

Ngunit higit sa lahat, ang kasuotang ito ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagkain. Ito ay tungkol sa tahanan, pamilya, tradisyon, at pagkakakilanlan. Sapagkat sa bawat kagat ng Empanada de Kaliskis, may kuwentong nabubuhay; sa bawat paghahanda, may kulturang naipapasa.

Kaya, Tara po sa Malolos!

Dito, bawat putahe ay may kuwento, bawat lutuin ay may pinagmulan, at bawat pamana ay patuloy na nabubuhay sa puso ng bawat Maloleño.
