This recipe is good for blw also just make sure to mash before serving. As a mom, I always make sure my child eats healthy and low-sodium food. He started with bland food and grew up loving it. With all the salty and highly-processed food out there, the least we could do is control the food they consume for as long as we can before they become picky. I serve one cube per meal and mix it with rice and my home-made meatballs, a boiled egg or cheese.
