We understand that sometimes clients may wonder:

“Why are there so many appointment rules?”
“Why is there a fee if I’m late or need to reschedule?”

Our policies are not there just to charge you more or make booking complicated. Every policy has a reason behind it.

When you book an appointment with us, that specific time is reserved just for you. This means we prepare an artist, workspace, tools, and products for your appointment — and we may also have to turn away another client who wanted the same time slot.

That’s why we have these policies:

🤎 Downpayment — secures your appointment and is deducted from your total bill.

🤎 Rescheduling policy — gives us enough time to offer your slot to another client when you can no longer make it.

🤎 Late fee — because arriving late can affect the time reserved for you and may also delay the next client.

🤎 No-show/cancellation policy — protects the appointment time that was already reserved for you, especially when the cancellation happens at the last minute.

🤎 Confirmation — helps us make sure that your appointment is still happening and allows us to organize our schedule properly.

We don’t make these policies to punish our clients. 🤎

They simply help us respect everyone’s time — yours, our artists’, and the clients booked after you.

Of course, we understand that unexpected situations can happen. What we ask is simply proper communication and consideration whenever possible.

Because when you book an appointment, you’re not only booking a service — you’re reserving someone’s time specifically for you. 🤎
