I can say na super effective and legit nitong fern d and milca. I was taking fern d and milca since i was pregnant until now na my baby is 3 months.
Hindi pala sya only for bones pero nakakarami din pala sya ng milk. Ilang days akong hindi nakatake ng milca kasi naubusan ako ng supply, napansin ko na medyo konti yung milk ko kahit madami naman ako kumain 😂 and then nagtake ule ako last night pagkaumaga super dami ko na ulet gatas.
