Mr. Emmanuel “Manny” Pascual is the Founder, President, and CEO of Pascual Group of Companies also known as Accretio Holdings Inc .
He is an Accountant by Profession with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at Philippine School of Business Administration in Manila and a Franchising Guru with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, who mastered the system of running such type of business.
Emmanuel B. Pascual has been actively engaged in the fin-tech industry since 2009. He has successfully helped many entrepreneurs’ set-up their own one-stop-shop for tech-based services: remittance, bills payment, e-load, ticketing, travel and tours, and insurance; as well as health, wellness, and beauty products
With his knowledge and skills in Finance and Business, he first started his own universal loading company.
Quite immediately, it became widely accepted by many customers. However, with the limitation in technology and services at the time, the company went for a major change in its marketing strategy. Thinking about how his business would survive in the changing times, Mr. Emmanuel, together with his colleagues, decided to venture into a multi-faceted service company in September of 2009.
By 2011, using his ever-growing expertise in the business, Mr. Emmanuel managed to parlay into another successful company, Unified Products and Services (Unified), which is now the bread and butter of his empire. The company is now considered as one of the fastest-growing franchising businesses in the country. Unified has franchise partners, branches, e-cash pay centers, and franchise hubs all over the Philippines and some parts of Asia such as Dubai, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
The system he created with Unified offered entrepreneurs a part-time or home-based business solution by employing a unique and profitable business model. After just a few years, he managed to grow the company by leaps and bounds, creating more successful entrepreneurs out of ordinary people.
His businesses are continuously growing and no sign of slowing down. Currently, his company is looking to build more business ventures such as public transport, courier, food services, and cosmetics.
Aside from these endeavors, Mr. Pascual also conducts sales and motivational coaching in various institutions focusing on family, saving, investing and entrepreneurship.
He currently resides in Manila, Philippines.
