“LIFE-CHANGING”
As cliche as it may sound, there really is no better way to describe it 🤷🏻♀️
I’m so glad a lot of women are more open to share about their experiences in using a cup. Remember: The only way to break the taboo is to talk about it! 😉

💡TIP OF THE DAY💡
Is the stem of your cup protruding?
Before you decide to trim your cup, one way to make it shorter is to 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 and then insert it normally.
It doesn’t change the way you use the cup or make it less effective (other than perhaps a small decrease in the capacity of the cup because the stem will take up space inside).
Try this out first to see if it works for you!

ALWAYS wash your hands before touching your cup or yourself! 🚿🧼
Risk of infection from using a menstrual cup is rare and on the occasion it occurs, most likely it’s a result from the bacteria on your hands transferred to the cup than from the cup itself.
