General Guidelines and Qualifications
• Mutia Ti Mangatarem is open to all ladies ages 18 – 25 years old of the town of Mangatarem.
• Candidate must be a Filipino citizen or legal resident of Mangatarem or has been attending school in Mangatarem and has been resided in Mangatarem for at least six (6) months prior to the event.
• Candidate must be of good health and moral character.
• The height requirement of the candidates is at least 5 feet and 4 inches (5’4).
• Candidate must be single and have never given birth to a child.
• 2nd Degree Kinship- Candidates may not be a permanent resident of the Municipality of Mangatarem but as long as her grandparents were born in the Municipality of Mangatarem, she can be a qualified contestant.

Screening Dates, Time and Venue
September 24, 2022, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Senior Citizen’s Building)
October 1, 2022, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Senior Citizen’s Building)

Screening Requirements:
Candidates must prepare and bring the following:
o Casual wear and high heels
o Two piece swimsuit
o NSO/ Birth Certificate/ PSA
o Valid ID
o 2x2 picture
o Whole body picture

Notes:
• Candidates must be at the venue 1 hour before the screening time
