Sa mga nahihirapan mag lose ng weight try this one, eto personally ung technique ko when im trying to lose fats. Ang ibig sabihin is mag cacardio wlang laman ung tiyan nyo or d kau kumakain in a certain amount of time. I'm not telling n gugutumin nyo sarili nyo ah mali un..db ang turo ko is kumain kau atleast every 3 hours or atleast 5-6 times pero small meal lng..So panu mu gagawin ung fasted cardio?..pagkagising mu sa umaga mag cardio ka kasi kapag wlang binuburn ang katawan mu or wlang laman tyan ang next nyang ibuburn is ung fats mu sa bilbil which is the stored fats that used our body as energy.
Stay consistent lang palage and keep the positive mindset and most of all "Enjoy the process"

Sa mga nagtatanong po how to lose weight anu daw ba tlga sekreto how to lose weight.
1. COMMITMENT- "big word" pero eto tlga sekreto dyan..kaylangan mu magcommit sa journey mu to losing weight na kahit anu mangyayare kaylangan mong gawin araw2 kung anu program mu "NO EXCUSES!!"
2. CALORIE DEFICIT- It means n dpat mas marame ung biniburn mu kesa sa iniintake mu..Search nyo sa lang sa youtube ng meaning nyan.
3. CARDIO- running, boxing, yoga,zumba, HIIT training basta search nyo sa youtube libre nmn lahat ngaun maging resourceful lng kau.
4. DIET- sabe nila mas mapapamahal ka dw kapag nagdidiet ka..well pra sken you have to eat "CLEAN" lng nmn..It means n umiwas ka sa matatamis, fatty foods like pork, fried foods basta search nyo sa youtube lahat nmn ngaun madali n isearch.
5. PATIENCE- Wag na wag na wag maiinip sa results..dito marame nagfafail ilang weeks pa lng or months gusto drastic change na..wlang ganun you have to be patient lahat ng bagay pinaghihirapan yan..sabe nga nila "You get what you work for, not what you wish for"
6. MENTAL- kala mu sa fitness is puro PHYSICAL, for me its more MENTAL ung mindset mu araw2 yan tlga kalaban mu dyan ung motivation mu pra magtuloy sa weight lose journey mu..kya ko dn ginawa tong page na to pra mamotivate ko kau sa journey nyo and nde lng sa fitness kundi sa life maapply nyo lahat yan. Kasi kapag physically fit kau
ung mental you is healthy dn ung pananaw nyo sa buhay magbabago dn believe me..I know sasabihin nyo ang hirap nmn nyan, suko nku, dko na kaya..well
ang mahirap tlga tong journey na to pero eto lng masasabe ko " It's gonna hard, but it's gonna be worth it!!"
7. Lifestyle- kapag nasimulan mo na to you can never go back or else masasayang lahat ng pinaghirapan mu!! kaylangan sama mo na sa routine mo to araw2 kasi maraming nagsusucceed sa weight loss pero sad to say kapag na achieve na nila goal nila bumabalik sila sa dati. In the end doble pa timbang nila.Kala nyo pinakamahirap ung mag lose ng weight, ang pinakamahirap is how to maintain it.
