This is our way of quietly honoring the symbol N***s forced gay men to wear in concentration camps--a history first documented in Heinz Heger's 1972 memoir 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦.

What was once a mark of persecution is now being reclaimed as a badge of resilience: reminding every visitor that this safe space--a q***r barbershop--stands on the shoulders kf those who suffered, and that q***r joy in itself is an act of remembrance.
