Wonderful news for Witney!

We are proud to announce that Courtside Hubs CIC, our social enterprise and team behind The Coffee Shed and Premier Tennis, has been been successful in an application to the Community Ownership Fund. This funding matches investment from Witney Town Council as the land owner and Courtside as the leaseholder, and is ring-fenced for The Leys.

We have proposed a multi-activity hub comprising a bigger community café, better public access toilets, indoor activity space, redesigned skate park, and a mix of other recreational facilities - so that people have ‘a brew, a loo and lots to do’!

The hub will serve as a base for connecting the community and encouraging physical and social well-being, while protecting The Leys as a place of rest and recreation for future generations.

Further updates to come as the project progresses. Thanks to Witney Town Council and everyone for your support, which means so much to us as we look forward to an exciting new chapter, together!

I'm proud to celebrate all of the strong, incredible women that I know for !

From some of my amazing family who put on a brave face and a smile every day, even though sometimes they just feel like staying in bed. My unbelievable friends and family, who have helped me beyond measure over the last 2 years and helped me to grow stronger and become the person I am today; To my brilliant colleagues who have now become friends and clients who despite their own priorities, find a way to support me as well as others.

I celebrate being a women. I celebrate every women I know who has the strength to make sure that, not only are the people who depend on them living the best life that they can, every day, but also that people around them are ok and looked after too.

I celebrate the oldest women both in my family, across our village and also those I know around many of the care homes I used to work with, for being totally wonderful, caring and putting up with us youngsters!

I also celebrate the women, we have lost. Unfortunately, there have been too many. But I hope they would be truly happy to know that their legacy, strength, determination and dedication to others has not gone. It lives on in us, because of them.

Needed to take a couple of days this week to have a short op… but became so, so excited that not only 1 newsletter was signed off with my amazing client Carterton Gymnastic Club (comes out every couple of weeks) then a second newsletter got approved (which was the very first issue of their internal magazine) of the fabulous TFP Fertility UK, but then a third magazine landed on our Chapel Hill doorstep, the Brize Breeze this week has been totally amazing and I’m so, so lucky to work with such wonderful people! I love my job and there is never a day goes past that I’m so proud of making this change to help lots of brilliant people and there companies!

Also a huge, huge thank you to Molly Campion, Mhari Hackett, Vicky Tilley, Jane Hornsby for all of their amazing help!!
