Wearing a face mask almost all day can be bothersome, but we don’t have a choice but to do the right thing to protect ourselves and other people.

To make it a bit more bearable, you can put a drop on your mask at the nose portion if you’re wearing a cloth mask or on the sides if your wearing a surgical mask. 😷 The scent of the essential oil should help calm you down and breathe easier. 🧘‍♀️ If you have cotton pad (like the one shown on the picture), you can just put the oil directly at the nose area of the pad and place it on top of your mask filter.

You should make sure that ou don’t put the oil at the nose area of the filter or the surgical mask because you won’t get the needed protection.
